The bed is beautiful and very sturdy, My husband put it together by himself and he said it was easy. Other reviews said it was noisy when turning over in the night however mine doesn't make a sound. My only issue is the height of the sides from the floor, is just enough to get your toes under and it hurts if you catch them but I only did this when making the bed. It would be better either higher so your whole foot goes under or lower so your toes can't get under. This is only a small problem, otherwise I would recommend this bed.
