Absolutely terrible quality.
I ordered the king size - it was a nightmare to assemble because the different pieces were manufactured with holes several centimetres in the wrong place and because the material (for the frame and the fixtures and fittings) are such poor quality. The boards split easily and the screws etc wear away within a few turns of the screwriver.
Two of the legs didn't touch the floor, so I had to repackage, send back to Next, and get a replacement delivered. The replacement had exactly the same problem: holes drilled in the wrong places so almost impossible to assemble; poor quality boards and fittings. Complained to Next and they could only offer a small partial refund.
Extremely poor quality for such an expensive bed, and extremely poor customer service in response.
