This unit was extremely easy to put together until it came to the doors. As the doors are curved it seems ridiculous to supply flat metal brackets to fit to curved doors. The ‘hinges' consist of just a metal bracket that is attached to the door which just has a very small metal ‘rod' that sits in a plastic ‘tube' shape that slots into the cabinet frame. The screws supplied will not screw in sufficiently to stop any movement of the metal bracket. We have had to add metal washers just to get the screws to bite sufficiently. This is definitely a design fault which needs to be rectified.
