I usually use the primer by itself on most days. I love it. Gives just enough coverage on my lashes, which have white tips that don't show up. Have used this product for years and would not be without it. Originally posted on www.esteelauder.co.uk

I tried the new black 'primer' and I didn't like it at all. In my opinion it was too thick and clumpy. I expect a primer to prime my mascara, to hold the mascara in place until I take it off. This does not do that. The white primer that you replaced this with worked much better for me. Also, I do not like the curved wand. Sorry for the negative review, I love most Estee Lauder products and have been a long term user, as was my mother and grandmother. Originally posted on www.esteelauder.co.uk
