The first glass I received was faulty - not only was it missing a line of text, but also had a huge scratch right the way around. Next contacted the supplier on the Saturday to organise a new one for me, and only after I rang on the Wednesday and Next chased the supplier again, did they proceed to make my new one, even though s note was passed on that this was needed urgently. The supplier then dispatched it on a standard service, so I received it 3 ssys late. To top it off...the replacement was filthy!!! It was covered in marks all over, not something I expected after first receiving a faulty item, followed by s poor service and for the price. I do not recommend this supplier that Next is using. I had to turn up to a gift exchange with no gift. Disappointing.
