when you buy from next you expect good quality items bought size 7 first took 6 weeks to deliver but did not fit so get next size up which did fit so took label of bottom which says if removed cant return. when i first put them on they felt quite comfortable with having memory foam insole but the compatibleness didn't last long after wearing them for the day felt like i had something in my sock digging in my heel which turned out to be the label which for some reason is stitched right were your heel is so irritating and when i put them on the next morning the memory foam must have forgot that it was memory foam it as it was flat so has no comfort on your heel which takes all your weight so don't understand why its so thin could have bought cheaper ones and probably lasted more than a day so the name NEXT on a product doesn't don't think that your getting quality all the time far too dear for the quality
