    This duvet cover, although I (personally) consider it expensive, is beautiful. I have never had/used a satin type bedding and it is lovely and soft, with a gentle sheen.
    I own a navy bed with velvet headboard and I wanted our room to look a bit ‘boutique hotel’ and these sheets certainly aide in that.

    I also like that they are 100% cotton.

    My only gripe is WHY do they sell the pillow cases separately?

    Good quality duvet and pillow cases. Was nice to be able to buy the pillow cases separately, but makes the set more expensive that way..also the back of the set is just plain white. Would be nice if it was a coordinated colour. Will be keeping the set as it is beautiful.
