After much debating, I settled on this mattress topper to try to solve the issues of sleeping on an extra firm mattress that my partner had purchased to help my back.(How wrong) This topper has made the perfect combination for me. The ridge patter allowes air flow so i don't get to hot, while also giving pressure relief allowing a good night's sleep. The only thing was I tried sneaking it onto the bed without telling my other half , so I didn't air it, big mistake! (I put the thick mattress protector on top) It arrived wrapped in plastic and had quite a strong chemical smell that lasts a few day's. (He thought it was the new duvet cover) Once I was discovered I aired it outside and it was fine, my partner agrees that it was the right choice and we're both sleeping better.
