Return information

If you want to cancel/return your order you must tell us within 14 days (beginning on the day after the day you receive the goods), and you then have 14 days to return the items. Please allow 10 days for returns to be inspected and to show on your statement. Details of returns will show on next.co.uk/account.


This does not affect your rights to return faulty goods.

Through Next Stores

  1. Take your items and this despatch note to any Next store in the UK.
  2. Returns will be credited to your directory account.
  3. A receipt will be issued as proof of return.
  4. For store opening hours go online at www.next.co.uk/stores.

By Courier

  1. Peel off the return label and stick to the outside of your parcel.
  2. Detach the completed returns note and enclose it in your parcel with your items.
  3. To arrange collection call your local courier, contact Next Directory on 0333 777 8000* or go online at www.next.co.uk.
  4. Make sure your courier signs below as proof of your return, keep this until your returned items appear credited on your statement.
  5. If you return all of your order and any items are collected by courier a £3.99 collection charge will be applied.

By Post

If you wish to return your parcel by post, please call 0333 777 4574 and have your Selfserve number ready (this can be found on the ‘My Account’ page). We will send you a pre-paid returns label. *For call charges contact your service provider.
