I'm really not a big fan of this product. It's Okay at taking off make up, except for mascara. It leaves a lot of mascara residue and you end up with racoon eyes. However, the thing I really dislike is the overwhelming amount of fragrance. I'm not a fragrance hater. I would prefer no fragrance, but am not totally adverse to any. This fragrance is way too much, especially around the eyes. It makes using this product, unpleasant. I wish Estee Lauder would lighten up on the fragrance in a lot of the products, but this one is the worst one so far. I would not recommend this. Originally posted on www.esteelauder.co.uk

The lotion feels nice and smells good when I use it, but it leaves my skin feeling sticky and doesn't even take off my Estée Lauder mascara. Double cleansing is a must with this product so it doesn't really add value compared to a basic oil or cream that can break up makeup a little bit. I do like that the packaging is #2 plastic so I can recycle it easily. Not happy that the Estée Lauder site didn't recognize my order number when I tried to initiate a return for this product.
