Paper thin and made zero difference. Unfortunately we used it one night only so unable to return. In addition there’s no way it’s going back in the bag/ wrapping in came in.

The elasticated straps that are supposed to fit over each corner of the mattress - don’t. I had visions of opening the mattress up and we get trapped in it. Afraid it smells horrible - even the cat not keen. I really don’t think it’s helping our aching muscles and joints so wouldn’t describe it as an orthopaedic topper. Not worth the money.
