There is a fundamental problem in that the shade is too big. With the shade in place it is not possible to get the body of the light fitting flat against the wall. My wall is brand new flat plasterboard, so not a wonky wall problem. Otherwise, rather flimsy but not bad for the price. Bought two but will be returning them.
