Bought for my sister. Beautiful, soft, quality coat. She's a true size 14 and fitted perfectly. It doesn't have a zip but a kind of sturdy hook and eye/clip and once you've got knack of using mega easy and better than a zip in our opinion as with zips too easy to get fur caught in it. For the price this is a very good value, fun, faux fur coat. I swopped the size 14 for a 16 because I felt I would be wearing it over sweaters and wanted an easy, relaxed feel. I'll generally wear it over smart trousers, going out for the evening, as opposed to day time use. It's well made, useful deep pockets and sleeves which can turn back as a cuff.
